Na-kel Allah

Undoubtably so, Na-kel is probably one of the most colorful characters I've met so far on this block. Beside Gomez and Thomas, Na-kel not only brings out some insane laughter , but he's pretty ill on the skateboard. Today was a pretty busy Sunday. I know over at the 5th Umi was slightly dying of boredom. But, what can  you do?
Na-kel was with Pat and I the whole entire day. I bought him a drink and food, he even ate all my candy. It was chill because he entertains for a good amount of time, not only in dancing, but whatever words come out of his mouth is pretty hilarious for him only being 14 years young.

Besides Na-kel we're definitely getting the rest of the fall drop ready this thursday the 28th of August. While everyone else is at MAGIC, we're over here handling all the goods for you to purchase. KEEP YOUR EYE OUT on The Hundreds blog. I'm certain Bobby will post a little something.

What a job this is.....

If you have ever walked into RSWD and paid close attention the music that is playing you will notice that there is a wide range in genres that we support. From the RSWD greats like The Smiths and Kurupt to the newcomers such as Kid CuDi and the The Virgins. Then there are artist are staples in our daily rotation. Journey, Kanye, Al Green, Tokyo Police Club (the latest to be added to the routine) and Devin the Dude.

Devin, if you are not familiar, has been held as an underground artist for a while now but is internationally known. Since his self titled debut in 1998 (a cover which may still be the best CD cover ever) he has blessed marijuana heads across the globe with the finest melodic  atmospherics while flying high. Songs like "Lacville 79", and "Doobie Ashtray" speak volumes to the genuine pothead. Then there are those like "Boo Boo' n",  "Cutcha Up", and She Used to be"  that speak to even the everyday family man. He even does song for his fellow peers in songs like "What A Job".  Listening to a Devin the Dude CD can take you places, it helps you tune out everyday worries, he is the mans man subconscious.

Today I give the cover of his newest piece of work, Landing Gear, which promises to be excellent in taste based off his track record alone.  Salute the greats.

Peace

TH RSWD....

In the absence of an available space on the home page of our web residence, we have decided to step into another avenue and take it grunge, so to speak, creating our own page. Welcome to the home of the RSWD family. We will be posting all the random nonsense that happens on the home-front not to mention any other crazy foolishness that we may wander our way into during the day or even during the night. It could be a wild ride so I would recommend staying posted on us keeping you posted with the daily RSWD post. Not to mention you can run into some very extensive word-play. See you soon.
Peace.
